Qukbasket is a quick-commerce / local delivery platform focused on daily-use essentials — milk, bread, kirana, snacks and everyday household items. Instead of running a traditional large warehouse, Qukbasket sources ordered products from suitable nearby shops for each order, collected and delivered by an assigned delivery partner.
Initial service area: Sector 44, Noida, with expansion planned over time.

Information may be shared, where necessary to provide the service, with: delivery/service partners involved in fulfilling your order, payment service providers for processing payments, technology/service providers that support our platform, and authorized verification services as described above. Cash on Delivery is planned to be available at launch. If UPI or other digital payment methods are made available, the delivery-completion OTP will be issued only after payment is successfully confirmed.

As products are purchased fresh for each individual order, routine "change of mind" returns are generally not available once a product has been purchased for delivery. Reported issues (wrong/damaged/expired/missing items) are reviewed separately, as above.
Refunds, where applicable, will be handled according to the payment method used for the order and the outcome of the review of a reported issue. We do not guarantee a fixed refund timeline at this stage; resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis.

No. The assigned delivery partner purchases the required products from a suitable nearby shop on your behalf — the shop does not receive your digital order.

Yes, free of cost, before the delivery partner has purchased the product from the shop for your order. Once purchased, it can no longer be cancelled.
